Momfortable Refund and Exchange Policy

At Momfortable, we strive to ensure that you have the best possible shopping experience with us. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange a product, and we are here to make the process as simple and convenient as possible for you.

However, as a customer-first organization, we are also committed to sustainability and reducing the environmental impact caused by returns. Our goal is to offer high-quality products at reasonable prices to the Indian market, which are otherwise sold at premium prices internationally.

What cases are eligible for return or exchange?

1. Damaged or Defective Item Received

While we at Momfortable are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products, there may be rare instances where an item does not meet your expectations. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve your issue swiftly, please provide:

  • Images clearly showing the defect or damage

  • Image of the Invoice (with the Order Number visible)

  • Unboxing video of the package

 

Once the query has been verified, you will receive the item withing 4-5 working days.

 

2. Wrong Product Received

If you happen to receive an incorrect product, rest assured, we are here to correct the mistake. Please provide us with the following details to expedite the process:

  • Image of the Invoice (with the Order Number visible)

  • Images of the product received

  • Unboxing video of the package

Returns Policy

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is in its original condition. If the product passes our quality check, we will process your refund within 5 business days. To expedite your refund, please provide us with your bank account details:

  • Account number

  • Account name

  • IFSC code

Please note: A shipping charge of INR 200 will be applied for returns due to exchanges or refunds. This fee will be deducted before the refund is initiated.

Once the Refund has been initiated, you will receive the same within 24-48 business hours.

Exchange

In the case of an exchange, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product you received. Our delivery agent will collect the item within 1-2 working days. Once the product reaches our fulfillment center and passes the quality check, we will prioritize the dispatch of your replacement order.

The Replacement order will be delivered in 4-5 working days

Missing Item/Product

If an item or product is missing from your order, please report this to us as soon as possible. We will require the following to investigate and resolve the issue:

  • Image of the Invoice (with the Order Number visible)

  • Images of the product received

  • Unboxing video of the package

 

Once the query has been verified, you will receive the item within 4-5 working days.

 

Important Notes:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement: No request for a refund or exchange (Damaged/Defective, Wrong Item Received) will be entertained without an unboxing video. The packaging tape should be intact and not tampered with in the video.

  2. Time Frame for Requests: All refund or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
